Deborah Nakato, CRNP-PMH, is a Psychiatric Mental Health Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP-PMH) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for adolescents and adults. She believes that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and empathy, and she is committed to helping clients achieve lasting emotional wellness through personalized, collaborative care.
With nearly a decade of experience in behavioral health, Deborah has worked across a wide range of psychiatric settings, including psychiatric emergency services, inpatient psychiatry, community mental health, crisis intervention, and outpatient care. Her diverse clinical background has equipped her to care for individuals experiencing both acute psychiatric crises and chronic mental health conditions.
